General Tips for Troubleshooting Software Issues

Make sure that your computer has sufficient RAM to run your software.

If too many applications are open simultaneously, some programs might have difficulty opening.

Use the Event Viewer in Windows to check any error messages that might indicate a possible cause to your problem.

Temporarily disable your anti-virus or internet security software to see if that might be causing your problem.

Use Ctrl+Alt+Del ( Windows) to open the Task Manager or use the Activity Monitor (Apple Mac) to see what other processes are running when you experience your software problem.
