TechConnect remote PC repair is a quick and cost-effective way to resolve your computer problems online.

How much do you charge for remote PC or Mac Support?

We have never lost sight of the fact that most of our business comes from referrals of satisfied customers and from returning satisfied customers. Bearing this in mind, it is in our own interest to operate a fair pricing policy. Below is a sample list of our remote computer support pricing.

Sample Remote PC and Mac Support Charges
Email Configuration (Outlook, Mac OS Mail, etc) €50
Virus Removal €60
Remote Printer Install €45
Driver Installation €55
iPad Software Configuration €40

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayPal, Visa and Mastercard.

Unfortunately, at this moment in time, we do not accept Laser cards.

Do you charge by the hour?

No, we do not charge by the hour. Charging by the hour means you are writing a blank cheque to a company to decide how long they want to spend resolving your problem. In a lot of cases, this is not cost-effective. For example, let’s assume your system has a small (but very annoying!) software glitch which you would like fixed online. The software glitch could take a remote technician only 10 minutes to resolve. Alternatively, if this is a quirky software problem which the technician has not encountered before, it could take much longer than 10 minutes and you could end up paying more than you bargained for.

With TechConnect, you pay for Results and not by the Hour

Our technicians use their common sense and are empowered to use their discretion when deciding what to charge you. For example, if you had just one problem that takes 10 minutes to resolve – it would be unfair to charge you for 1 hour’s technical support. Likewise, if you have a list of computer problems and you would like them resolved all in the same support session – it would be unfair to charge you for every little glitch individually. Our technicians will again exercise their common sense and discretion.

Like with most services, the old adage that “the proof of the pudding is in the eating” holds true as ever. Why not try us out yourself? We look forward to helping you
